Statement of condolence from Amhara Fano in Gojjam, Amhara Fano in Gonder, Amhara Fano in Wollo and the Amhara Fano in Shewa Command


We as Amhara Fano in Gojjam, Amhara Fano in Gonder, Amhara Fano in Wollo and Amhara Fano in Shewa Command express our deepest condolences for the lives lost in the July 22, 2024 (Hamle 15, 2016 EC) landslides in Kencho Shacha Gozidi Kebele of Gofa Woreda in Southern Ethiopia Region.


As we express condolences to friends and family members of victims, we the Fano forces operating in Shewa, Gonder, Wollo and Gojjam which continue to fight to liberate the Amhara and all other people's from oppression reiterate our commitment to bury the vile Prosperity Party regime which has subjected the Ethiopian people to social, economic and political ruin, and we, on behalf of the Amhara people and our organization humbly pledge support to the people of Southern Ethiopia with our common principles and traditions of peaceful coexistence.


On this occasion we call upon supporters of our struggle, charity organizations, civic organizations, religious institutions and wealthy individuals to provide support to affected family members.
