Ongoing Campaign of Arbitrary Arrests, Physical Abuse, and Disarmament Targeting Ethnic Amhara Residents in Oromia

#UPDATE: AAA has verified that Abiy regime forces and allied Oromia militias have continued a systematic campaign of arbitrary arrests, physical abuses and disarmament of ethnic Amhara residents in the Horo Guduru Wollega and East Wollega Zones (Oromia Region, Ethiopia).
